Manufacturers can now reliably and cost-effectively meet their in-house labelling needs with outstanding speed and quality. The C7500 can also help eliminate the costs associated with pre-printing by producing short-run, customised labels on-demand.

The C7500 can help manufacturers produce consistent, high-quality labels in-house and on-demand. The printer features the new PrecisionCore printhead to ensure reliable, high-quality results. Our unique Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) and dot substitution help prevent misprints and dead pixels for consistent printouts.
Fast speeds
Produce a range of high-quality labels, fast including those for food and beverage products, packaging and boxes, as well as EU Energy Labels and GHS Labels. With print speeds of up to 300mm/sec, you can now print labels in full colour, at the same speed as some incumbent thermal monochrome printers.

The revolutionary new ZCAT-6 Zero Tension Loop Rewinder is the ideal solution for colour inkjet printers, printers that back feed, as well as for extremely sensitive printers that cannot tolerate any rewind force without causing undesirable registration or artifact problem.
A free-hanging “loop” of label stock is created between the printer and the Tensioning Roller of the ZCAT-6 thereby eliminating all tension whatsoever on the printer. A special chassis mounted photo-detector starts and stops the rewinding action based on the optimum depth of the loop. Fully adjustable tension exists between the Tensioning Roller and the Rewinder thus yielding a consistent and tightly wound finished roll.

A special reflective sensor sits below the label and reliably senses the leading edge of you label. As the operator picks up a label, the next one is automatically and instantly advanced.
The label dispenser are equipped with 38mm core holders that accept all cores from 40 to 76mm.
External roll diameter is 220mm (265mm with AWB option and 300 with LD-DE option).
