POLYE SYNTHETIC

A white top-coated polyethylene facestock that provides superb flexibility for labelling curved or rough surfaces whilst offering minimal resistance to scratching and smearing. Tear and water-resistant, this label material can be used in a wide range of applications including packaging labels, pallet wrap labels, product and shelf edge labelling for indoor and outdoor use.

Z-XTREME SYNTHETIC

A matte polyester facestock with excellent smear and scratch resistance, excellent resistance to harsh chemicals and high temperature exposure. 

Z-SUPREME SYNTHETIC

A polyimide facestock designed to withstand temperatures of up to 500°C. Offering excellent chemical resistance these are designed for high-temperature industrial applications such as printed circuit board labelling.

Z-PERFORM PAPER

Ensure the optimal balance of price and performance with standard, bright white, smooth, uncoated paper. Ideal for printing barcode labels and tags for indoor use. Suitable for use in a wide range of applications including packaging, shipping and box labels.

Z-SELECT PAPER

Premium, bright white, ultra smooth paper facestock specially coated to provide optimal performance. Available in direct thermal and thermal transfer. 

IQ COLOR PAPER

Standard, bright white smooth paper facestock that has the ability to print vibrant colour on demand in pre-defined zones to be used as a visual cue. Available in direct thermal.  

POLYO SYNTHETIC

White polyolefin facestock providing minimal resistance to scratching and smearing. Offering includes semi-rigid and flexible materials for use on rough or curved surfaces.  Available in thermal transfer.

POLYPRO SYNTHETIC

White matte polypropylene facestock that provides the best all-around performance for most applications. Offers some flexibility for labelling curved surfaces. Resistant to scratching and smearing. Available in thermal transfer and direct thermal.

Metal Detectable Tags for Food Processing

Colour-coded, detectable tags identifying totes, ingredient bags, today's production, racks or bins.

Our standard keyhole tag features heat (up to 250°C for 15 minutes),  and strength resistance with all round durability - this tag will suit a wide range of applications.

The range of Tags allow small traces of label fragments to be detected, at any stage in the production process.  As well as detecting any actual contamination before delivery to its customers, food / pharmaceutical companies will also be able to use the range as a vehicle to print production and batch information, enabling complete tractability. 

Additional information can also be added to the labels & tags in the range.

• Designed for the food processing environments and detectable by end of line metal detectors. 
• Labels are produced in premium quality tear resistant material making them more robust than standard labels.
• Available in a wide range of colours – plain or Pre-Printed.

2300 STANDARD

A pure wax ribbon featuring excellent print quality on a wide range of coated and uncoated papers. Print speeds of up to 250mm/sec (10ips) can be achieved on Zebra label material. The 2300 ribbon is a perfect low-cost choice for general-purpose label printing. 

2100 High Performance

A resin-enhanced wax ribbon featuring excellent print quality on a wide range of coated and uncoated papers. Print speeds of up to 300mm/sec (12ips) can be achieved. Superb small-font printability and offers superior abrasion resistance.

3400 HIGH-PERFORMANCE

A high-performance wax/resin ribbon featuring excellent print quality on Zebra coated and uncoated papers as well as many matte synthetics. Print speeds of up to 200mm/sec (8ips) can be achieved even with rotated barcodes.

3200 PREMIUM

A premium wax/resin ribbon which provides excellent print quality on a wide range of Zebra paper and synthetic materials. 3200 offers very good resistance to scratches, smears, everyday chemicals and higher temperatures, along with the ability to print at up to 250mm per second. UL and CSA recognised with various Zebra materials.

5100 PREMIUM

A premium resin ribbon featuring excellent print quality and durability in the harshest applications. Print speeds of up to 150mm/sec (6ips) can be achieved using Zebra synthetics. Zebra 5100 resin ribbons offers excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, chemicals and solvents, and is UL and CSA-recognised with select Zebra materials. 

4800 STANDARD

A high-quality resin ribbon featuring excellent print quality, particularly suitable for printing dense barcodes and high-resolution graphics. Print speeds of up to 150mm/sec (6ips) can be achieved using Zebra labels. 4800 resin ribbons also offer excellent resistance to abrasion and chemicals. 

5095 HIGH PERFORMANCE

A high-performance resin ribbon with superior resistance to scratches, smears, extreme temperatures and chemicals. Low energy requirements allow this ribbon to provide excellent print quality and high print speeds. UL & CSA recognized with various Zebra materials.

5100 PREMIUM

A premium resin ribbon featuring excellent print quality and durability in the harshest applications. Print speeds of up to 150mm/sec (6ips) can be achieved using Zebra synthetics. Zebra 5100 resin ribbons offers excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, chemicals and solvents, and is UL and CSA-recognised with select Zebra materials.

IMAGE LOCK

When printed with Zebra’s Z-Xtreme 5000T label materials, this resin ribbon offers excellent image durability and resistance to the harshest chemicals such as acetone and xylene. This solution can remove the need to use an overlaminate.

The printhead is the most critical component of your printer and one of the most delicate and expensive. Most print quality problems are a direct result of improper care of the printhead. A consumable that wears over time, much like the brakes on your car, requires proper installation and on-going maintenance to ensure a long life of service for your printer.

Printer manufacturers recommend regular cleaning of the printhead to remove any build up of residue caused by label dust, adhesive and dirt in the atmosphere. This build up of residue will, over time, become baked onto the printhead. This will then interfere with heat transfer, causing the heater elements to overheat to the point of failure.  

Use Versawipes to keep your thermal printheads, platen rollers and label sensors clean and healthy. Available in either tub or sachet form, you can keep your thermal printheads in first class condition, whilst maintaining a clean and healthy localised working environment.
