• When approved business users responsible for label design are designing labels from a modern 'next generation' label system, a printing form solution is automatically created.
• Labels and printing solutions are stored in a centralised web-based document management system (DMS). 
• Web clients are created for users to access the printing solution.
• IT staff or approved business users can then simply deploy the web client URL for the printing solution to approved print operators (often as a link in an email). 
• When logging on for the first time, the print operator will be asked to download an administrator free thin client application.
• Once installed simply enter your user name or password to access the printing solution and start printing labels.

Utilises client-side processing and client-side printer management. 

Client-side processing means that print streams and print previews are generated by the PC being used and not by the remote server that introduces a time lag and network traffic. Client-side printer management allows local users to use any Microsoft Windows printer driver, control the settings locally and not be restricted by what printers the server supports.

Printing solutions can be deployed to contract manufacturers, contract packers, wholesalers, 3PLs, and more regardless of what type of printer the business partner uses.
